Contact Customer Support on info@printribe.com immediately if you need to change the shipping address details after an order has been submitted.
If your order is still in the cart, return to the Recipients Address screen, and enter the new address details. SAVE.
Don't forget to press save so that your address details are updated in the system from the previous shipping address details. Once saved, the freight calculation is adjusted accordingly.
